![]() I was out all evening tonight and really want to crawl into bed so I am posting around midnight and will enhance the listing in the morning before work. This is the third one of these pictures I have posted. All three were taken a few weeks ago up at Bash Bish Falls in western Massachusetts. This was just a tiny waterfall on a tributary stream. Clarification: This is NOT -- I repeat, NOT -- a picture of Bash Bish Falls. This is only a little teensie tiny little cascade on a trickle of a stream above the real waterfall. The scale here is that the ice formation is about 2 inches long and the 'waterfall' in the background is about a foot across and drops maybe 6 inches. It occurs to me that I have NEVER posted a picture of the falls themself. I will correct that tonight. I did post this shot of the base of the falls a few weeks ago. I was not particularly happy with the pictures I got of the falls, particularly when I compared them with the others taken by my fellow albanyshooters! ![]() Today's WOW Award goes to Lisa Saarloos at This Could Get Ugly. Not a photoblog, but one of the the most entertaining sites I visit everyday. And Lisa is responsible for the design and execution of this award. Please take a few minutes and visit her site! I asked for her help and the next thing I knew she was offering me alternative choices for the certificate! WOW! | |
