I suppose this picture is difficult to figure out. It is some construction work at the State University in Albany. They have put up massive sheets of plastic to protect the workers from the elements, behind the plastic you can make out the shape of some piping and tanks being constructed.

I have a few more shots from this building which I walked around on Saturday taking pictures only to discover a sign on the door expressly prohibiting the use of cameras. I am going to assume that meant inside, and not outside.
