For a little change of pace fom the run of architecture shots. Like much of the Northeast US, Albany has had an abnormally warm winter. On Saturday I wandered downtown Albany and found this interesting patterned slate walkway in Lafayette Park across from the State Capitol and Albany City Hall. If over processed, I apologize; I am still getting accustomed to the power of RAW processing.

If any of you are wondering what has become of the WOW Award, please be patient. It is only in a state of rest now as I face a few personal matters. I will return to my quest for the WOW rush soon, I promise.
