First off, let me say that I am sorry that I did not post a shot this week for Chantal's City Mirror Project (I hope you will forgive me, Chantal). I did have a couple of shots I took for the theme of 'Street Signs' but I really did not care much for them so I elected to forego a post this week.

Saturdays are so slow in the photoblog world. Sometimes I feel it is like there is a subset of bloggers who are even around to look at the pictures. My hit counts generally drop to almost half of the average for a mid-week day and today...whooo boy! I hope this means that everyone is out enjoying their weekend, their families, friends, etc.

Here in the New York State Capital Region, we had a bit of winter today. Not much snow, but enough to coat the cars and roads. I made it out this morning to run some errands and shot a few pics, mostly trying hard to break the mold of all of the architecture shots I have been posting of late.

Here's a question. For those of you who maintain another presence online for pictures, like Flickr, photo.net, etc. How do you use that other site? I just started a presence for forgingahead at Flickr and have been trying to figure out how best to use it to complement what I do here. Any ideas?
