Benetah the Dunn Memorial Bridge
EXIF: KONICA MINOLTA MAXXUM 5D | 1/500 sec | f 8.0 | 18.0mm (35mm equivalent: 27.0mm) | ISO 100

I want to thank everyone for the thoughtful comments on my picture yesterday. I am quite chuffed (is that the right word my British friends?) that so many of you took the time to say so much about the subject. What great comments you all left!

I was out late tonight (Monday) with some friends to taste some new wines and to celebrate learning that another of my recent proposals was selected for funding. I got home about an hour ago and have been chatting online with my sister in Victoria, BC who turns 60 tomorrow (she is SO old!! at least older than me! hee hee). So I dipped into my archive for a shot I have been meaning to post at some point. No great social commentary with this shot, just a view of the underside of the bridge across the Hudson River that connects Albany (on the other side) and Rensselaer (where I stood to shoot this picture).
