I enjoyed a morning at the Troy Farmer's Market on Saturday. Yesterday's post of the Oyster mushrooms was taken there. In fact, one of the booths was from a local mushroom farmer. All organinc, no manure, and some amazing looking fungi. I loved those yellow Oyster shrooms so much that I really took a lot of pics of them. so don't be surprised to see more over the next few weeks.

The Troy Farmer's Market is a year-round, weekly event that I had never been to before Saturday. Lots of great vendors, lots of nice fresh, natural foods, and lots of good social interaction. I am sure to return many times, particularly now that they are outside for the season.
