EXIF: KONICA MINOLTA MAXXUM 5D | 1/50 sec | f 6.3 | 40.0mm (35mm equivalent: 60.0mm) | ISO 100

There were a series of thunderstorms in the afternoon on Saturday. I wanted to try and catch some dramatic sky pictures but was unable to find the right location. I ended up back at one of my usual haunts, Ann Lee Pond, shooting pictures of rain drops on the lily pads...then, as I left, the western sky opened enough and a spray of golden light spread across the water, illuminating the stand of trees on a small island.
