Fried Dough
EXIF: KONICA MINOLTA MAXXUM 5D | 1/160 sec | f 5.0 | 28.0mm (35mm equivalent: 42.0mm) | ISO 100

I have never quite gotten the fascination with fried dough. Around these parts any public event must have a fried dough concession. And it is guaranteed to have a long line!

What is fried dough? Well, when I used to work a concession stand at my son's baseball games, we took pizza dough (basically just simple bread dough) and stretched into a pancake sized piece and threw in a fryer. When golden brown, put it on a paper plate, coat generously with powdered sugar... voila! Fried Dough!
