 OK, I am back for a quick post. A few days ago Ana posted a 'planet' conversion and links to a few sites explaining how to do it. This is a companion to my post today over at Scanning My Life. This is a scan of a picture taken by my Father back in the summer of 1958, then significantly twisted It HAD to happen! I was commenting just two days ago about how my traffic has dwindled to very low numbers. But yesterday (January 1) all of a sudden the visitors returned in a major way! Lots and lots of new people. Ana commented that I was on the Hot List at Photoblogs.org so I went to take a peak...surprise for me was that forgingahead had been named to the Photoblog.org Hall of Fame. An honor indeed, but a bit embarrassing considering how soundly I objected to the concept a few months ago when Brandon first introduced it. Because Brandon's means for selecting the sites that get listed is a mystery algorithm known only to him, I have no idea why forgingahead rated this honor...but thanks! I did need a bit of pat on the back as my photography has suffered so much recently. Gives me the kick in the butt I needed to get busy again. | |
