 I posted this shot a long time ago on this site, and recently again at Vazaar under the Shallow DOF topic. I have always liked this picture, and seeing as we have not had any snow YET, it reminds me that usually we have snow while the autumn flowers are still around. I am off tomorrow for a couple of days. This time for some meetings in Madison, Wisconsin. I'll be spending several hours at O'Hare Airport, so maybe I'll squeeze off a few shots while there. We had a touch of the ice storm today that afflicted the Midwest over the weekend. My hometown and vicinity managed ok. But a few miles north they lost power and it appears it will be out for at least another day. | |
