![]() I am really happy with the results of my first roll of B&W film through the Yashica Electro 35. This was taken on Saturday during my wandering Lark Street in Albany with two fellow photographers. I find that the Yashica seems a bit less intimidating to people than my SLR. This was shot on Ilford Delta 400. Because the camera is aperture priority, I have no way to know what the shutter speed was. At any rate, I was pleased with the results and found that opening the tank after development and finding a bunch of images is still as thrilling to me as it was some 45 years ago when I first did it. There are many more choices to the amateur processor than I had, but I went back with what I knew and developed in good 'ole D-76. Today (June 12) is my Mother's birthday. She is, by far, my most regular visitor and commenter...so... I'll let her share her age if she so desires. | |
