![]() I should have posted an overview first but for reason I will explain below that is not possible tonight. This is the top of the iconic round barn at the Shaker Village. Built in 1826, the barn was apparently somewhat controversial when first proposed to the elders of the community. More on that when I do get around to the overview. Anyway the moon hung high above the barn in the late afternoon yesterday and made for a nice juxtaposition. The reason I cannot post the other shot tonight is because I am sharing my computer with my younger son part of the summer. He is working part time at my office so will be staying overnight with me two nights a week. I gave him access to this computer so he can keep up with his internet gaming etc. Oh yeah, the high ISO was a mistake, I was back and forth between inside and outside so I forgot to set it lower for this (and a few other) shots. | |
